Que Dices? Gmail Breaks Down the Language Barrier

Google has played a massive role in trying to make the world a smaller place and has now successfully broken the language barrier – sort of.

Through the email branch of the company, Gmail, conversations in different languages can be understood by anyone, even if they don’t speak the same language. Users can click on “Translate Message” and the emails will be translated from its original language into the language of the reader. Users can also opt to have all emails automatically translated in their preferred language.

Gmail announced the release of its new Automatic Message Translation on May 4 via its blog. The new functionality will be available over the course of the next few days, according to Jeff Chin, product manager for Google Translate.
