Steering, Brake Issues: Chrysler Recalls Chargers, 300 Series

Chrysler Group announced a recall of 127,350 Charger and 300 Series vehicles in the US and Canada. The vehicles are 2011-12 models and could possibly have problems with its electrical stability control and anti-lock braking system. The company said it would fix the problems without charge, according to a Reuters report.

The recall comes almost exactly two months after its March recall of nearly 210,000 Jeep Liberty models from 2004 and 2005.

Despite the recent recalls, the company has seen monthly sales increases since February of 2010 shortly after filing for bankruptcy in 2009.
